Privacy and data protection

We collect the details you enter on the "Design your site" page, such as your name, mobile number and project details, only to contact you and prepare your request. We don't sell them, and we share them only with the service providers we need to fulfil your request.

Before you send your request, your choices are stored on your device only, and you can clear them with the "Start over" button. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data at any time, under the Kingdom's Personal Data Protection Law.

When you submit a request, we store its details on Cloudflare to manage your project, and use SendGrid for email notifications and sign-in codes. Email sign-in verifies your address with a temporary code. Google sign-in uses only your name, email and basic identity. A secure cookie maintains your session. Account and request details are not sent to advertising or analytics tools. We retain service data for the relationship needed to fulfil the service. You can request access, correction or deletion at info@manassaplus.com, subject to legal retention requirements. We also count page requests in aggregate without linking them to customer accounts.

We use Google Analytics to measure page visits and improve the website. It may use cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send your name, mobile number or request details to the analytics service. How Google uses visit data.

If you agree to advertising measurement, we use Meta Pixel and the Conversions API to measure visits and interactions and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta receives visit and interaction data, your IP address and browser information. Cookies and advertising identifiers may connect a visit with an ad. We do not send your request fields, name, phone number, email or request reference to Meta.
